Four New Executives Join the Fathom Family in Utah – RISMedia

Following the acquisition of Utah’s iPro Realty Network, Fathom Realty announces the hiring of four new district directors in the state. The new directors include:

Deanna Hadley
Circle: St George, Utah

Deana Hadley worked as a real estate agent specializing in the sale of residential properties in the mid-1980s, Fathom said. She became a property manager in the 1990s and focused on luxury real estate for over three years. After decades of experience in the corporate and financial world, Hadley reactivated her real estate license in 2009 and worked as a buyer’s agent with one of Keller Williams’ top teams in Salt Lake City. She then became an agent and compliance manager for a small real estate company for the next six years, dealing with sales and property management. Eventually, for the next four years, Hadley worked as a branch agent and interim principal agent for Realtypath, a large independent real estate company in Utah.

As of 2021, she is District Director at Fathom Realty in St. George, Utah (formerly iPro Realty Network).

Jeff Larson
Circle: Orem, Utah

After selling his 4000 acre alfalfa farm, Jeff Larson entered the real estate world with a need to acquire new real estate. He knew that a REALTOR® would bring his family the flexibility and financial stability they needed, but soon found that it filled a more important need; the ability to serve those around him in deeply meaningful ways, says Fathom.

Fathom says Larson’s passion for mentoring, problem solving and a keen mind for understanding market trends and transactions have resulted in the ability to help both clients and agents achieve their goals. As a district director, he looks forward to expanding opportunities to ensure the success of those he serves.

Brett Taylor
Circle: Cedar City, Utah

Raised amid the towering mountains and red cliffs of southwest Utah, Brett Taylor has built his professional career in the beautiful area where he grew up, says Fathom. Prior to working full-time in real estate, Taylor had experience as a licensed title and trustee and co-owner of an award-winning homebuilder. Throughout his 14-year real estate career, Taylor has loved building lasting relationships with his clients and fellow brokers, says Fathom.

Donald Zimmerman
Circle: Clearfield, Midway and Union Park, Utah

Donald Zimmerman has been serving clients in various areas of the real estate industry for over 32 years, says Fathom. During this time he has held positions of increasing responsibility as a REALTOR®, broker, manager, trainer and broker/owner while gaining extensive experience and industry knowledge. Zimmerman’s goal is to continue learning throughout his career while serving his agents, Fathom says.

Fathom says he enjoys sharing his knowledge and skills in negotiation, office management, real estate listings, sales, marketing, training and seminar presentations. Additionally, Zimmerman shares his talents to mentor and train his agents. A strong advocate for agent development, he intends to teach REALTORS® how to better fulfill their fiduciary duties to buyers and sellers.
