Lake City Bank hires Darrin McLaughlin

WARSAW – Lake City Bank recently announced that Darrin McLaughlin has joined Lake City Bank as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer.

In this role, McLaughlin will lead all aspects of Lake City Bank‘s technology and information systems, including executing the company’s technology vision and ensuring that resources match the company’s business needs, according to information provided by Lake City Bank.

McLaughlin has 21 years of information technology leadership experience, eight of which have been in the financial services industry.

“Darrin is a welcome addition to the Lake City Bank team,” said David M. Findlay, President and CEO. “His leadership experience includes a track record of innovation balanced with sound infrastructure and security management.”

McLaughlin earned a bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University and holds the Project Management Professional designation.

Reservations are accepted for lunch

TOPEKA — The LaGrange County Chamber of Commerce is accepting reservations for lunch on Feb. 10 at Topeka Pizza, 118 S. Babcock St., Topeka.

Yoders’ pizza buffet with salad buffet, desserts and drinks will be served.

The price for members is $12 and the price for non-members is $17.

The speaker will be Amanda Zimmerman from SERVPRO in Steuben, Dekalb and LaGrange counties. The event is sponsored by DirectClinic.

Registration starts at 11:30 am and lunch starts at 12:00 pm.

The last day to register is February 7th.
