MARQUETTE — The Peter White Public Library and the City of Marquette’s Office of Arts and Culture will host the opening receptions for the three art galleries within the walls of the PWPL on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m.

Marc Himes and Louise Laakso Lundin will hold their artist talks on woodturning and watercolors at 6:30 p.m. in the Deo Gallery.
